  • We make every effort to display our sweets and products as accurately as possible. However, colours, designs, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Allergen information is available upon request. Customers are responsible for checking this information before placing an order.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payments via the secure payment gateways provided by Wix and its partners.

  • Sweet As does not store or have access to your payment card details.

Shipping & Collection

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • We use Royal Mail and/or courier services for delivery.

  • Local collection is available from our shop in Hockley—please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
